Pursuant to the Agreement, "at its territory, each Contractual Party secures regime for the investors of another Contractual Party, which is as fair, equal and favourable as the one secured for investments or income of national investors or investors from any other third State".
Ratification of the Agreement will extend bilateral cooperation between both countries in the field of protection of investments.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0114.
